My Hobart Home was founded by Angie in early 2020 after almost a decade spent working as a real estate agent in Sydney’s highly competitive Eastern Suburbs market.
She returned home to Tasmania to raise her family, lured by the attractive lifestyle she enjoyed as a child.
Despite her industry experience, she was surprised at how competitive the local property market had become and the complexity around trying to purchase a property from interstate. The experience made her realise that there was a huge shortage of assistance offered to both local and interstate buyers, and therefore, My Hobart Home was established.
Now working solely for the benefit of the buyer, Angie uses her extensive local and market knowledge to research and source the best properties for her clients. She is pro-active, hard-working and well-connected, leveraging these relationships to her client’s advantage.
As a former Real Estate Agent she is uniquely placed and knows all the tricks of the trade to keep you ahead of the property game. She is a highly experienced negotiator, and these skills are put to work, ensuring that her clients secure their dream home for the best possible price.
Suzette Winstone – Buyers Agent
Suzette was born and raised in Hobart and is now raising her own family in Bellerive, on Hobart’s eastern shore. She has an intimate knowledge of Hobart and its inner suburbs, making her well placed to guide buyers on their property journey.
Suzette prides herself on putting her clients first. With a keen ability to truly listen to her clients and understand what they are looking for, Suzette excels in finding the perfect properties that align with her clients’ lifestyle, budget, and long-term goals.
With several years experience as a Hobart buyer’s agent, Suzette is very well connected locally and offers her buyers a diverse range of skills. She is collaborative, thorough, professional, and open and honest in all her dealings.
Starting her own property journey early, with her first purchase at 21 years of age, Suzette has since helped dozens of buyers find and secure properties in Hobart.
Juliet Fisher – Buyers Agent
Juliet made Hobart her home in the mid-1990s, and it didn’t take long for her to embark on her own property journey. At just 19, while studying at the University of Tasmania, she purchased her first property.
After more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry, Juliet transitioned to real estate, bringing with her a strong work ethic and a passion for helping clients achieve their long-term property goals.
Juliet is particularly skilled at analysing properties, assessing their value, potential, and suitability for her clients. Her sharp eye for detail and deep understanding of the market helps her identify opportunities that others may overlook.
When it comes to negotiating, Juliet is known for her ability to secure great deals,
always working to maximize value for her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Juliet is community-minded and enjoys volunteering with the Salvation Army. She is also Mum to her 13-year-old daughter, Indira.
